Premium Personal Care Brand, Shopify Plus Relaunch

Tech Stack
Shopify Plus, Horizon theme with custom base architecture

Key Contributions

  • Led end-to-end relaunch as a hybrid product and project manager

  • Established scalable content entry and tracking processes across 20+ products

  • Managed full theme migration while protecting live site stability

  • Partnered with engineering to balance custom design with efficient development

  • Guided client through Shopify operations, acting as an embedded e-commerce lead

  • Owned launch execution and post-launch optimization

  • Secured an extended retainer through strategic roadmap development

Story
Touchland quickly evolved from a standard relaunch into something much more hands-on. Early in the process, the client transitioned away from their existing development support, which meant stepping in not just as a PM, but as a true partner in their ecommerce operations.

I created a structure where it did not exist. From building out content workflows to personally managing product uploads, I ensured the site could relaunch smoothly without disrupting the live environment. I also worked closely with developers and designers to maintain a balance between custom expression and scalable architecture.

Post-launch, I continued supporting the brand as an extension of their team, helping manage products, integrations, and ongoing site improvements. That partnership led to a longer-term retainer focused on growth and optimization.

Flavored Water Brand, Shopify Plus Redesign & Optimization

Tech Stack
Shopify Plus, Horizon theme with custom base architecture

Key Contributions

  • Led site relaunch and ongoing product strategy alongside engineering and design

  • Conducted technical debt audit and streamlined legacy implementations

  • Simplified integrations and improved alignment with Shopify native capabilities

  • Supported scalable architecture for subscriptions, upsells, and analytics

  • Managed launch planning and post-launch improvements

Story
Hint’s project centered around not just redesigning the site, but cleaning up years of technical complexity. I led a structured audit of their existing setup, identifying where previous implementations were overly complex or no longer aligned with Shopify’s evolving capabilities.

Working closely with developers, I helped transition the site toward a more streamlined, maintainable architecture. This included simplifying integrations and ensuring the foundation could support future growth initiatives like subscriptions and upsells.

The outcome was a cleaner, more scalable site that positioned the brand for continued iteration rather than constant rework.

Financial Services Platform for ETF Launches

Tech Stack
Sanity CMS, SvelteKit frontend

Key Contributions

  • Managed product development for a financial platform tied to ETF launches

  • Coordinated data integrations with banking partners

  • Led phased launch strategy aligned with regulatory and data dependencies

  • Navigated shifting timelines driven by external financial systems

  • Ensured site readiness for high-stakes, time-sensitive launches

Story
Wayfinder required a different kind of precision. The site was directly tied to ETF launches, meaning timelines were influenced by external banking systems and regulatory processes.

I worked closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure data flowed correctly into the site and that each phase of the launch aligned with evolving timelines. When dependencies shifted, I helped recalibrate priorities quickly while keeping the team focused.

This project highlighted my ability to operate in high-stakes environments where accuracy, timing, and adaptability are critical.

Tech Stack
Sanity CMS, SvelteKit frontend, Magento ecommerce backend

Key Contributions

  • Partnered with engineering teams across two agencies to define a hybrid architecture bridging SvelteKit and Magento

  • Established integration strategies for forms, social feeds, and store locator functionality

  • Led QA across a non-traditional stack to ensure performance and stability

  • Managed ADA workflows to support WCAG AA compliance

  • Oversaw content entry and site population

  • Facilitated detailed dev handoff and documentation for long-term client ownership

  • Acted as primary liaison translating technical decisions across teams

  • Led cross-team launch planning and execution

Story
LaCroix was a uniquely complex build, with the client deeply tied to Magento while our team operated within a modern SvelteKit and Sanity stack. Rather than forcing a single direction, I worked closely with both engineering teams to shape a hybrid approach that respected existing systems while introducing a more flexible frontend experience.

A large part of my role was creating clarity across teams. I translated technical constraints into actionable decisions, aligned integration approaches, and ensured both sides were moving toward the same outcome. From QA to ADA compliance to final launch coordination, I stayed close to both the details and the bigger picture.

The result was a successful cross-agency launch that balanced legacy requirements with a more scalable, modern web experience.

Key Contributions

  • Led product and project coordination across a hybrid Magento and SvelteKit stack

  • Defined integration approaches and ensured consistency across shared systems

  • Managed QA and ADA compliance, including accessibility for interactive site features

  • Partnered with developers to make a browser-based game experience WCAG AA compliant

  • Supported content entry and cross-team alignment

  • Coordinated launch across multiple teams and dependencies

Story
Rip It was built on the same technical foundation as LaCroix but introduced an additional layer of complexity through interactive experiences. One of the most unique challenges was ensuring that a browser-based game on the site met accessibility standards.

I worked closely with developers to rethink how interactive elements could be made accessible without compromising the experience. At the same time, I continued to manage the broader system. Integrations, QA, and cross-team coordination are all needed to stay tightly aligned.

This project reinforced my role as a bridge between creative ambition and technical execution, helping the team deliver something engaging, compliant, and launch-ready.

Story
Naani’s was a startup with a strong vision but limited technical experience. My role was to guide them through the entire e-commerce journey, from platform setup to launch.

I helped translate their goals into a practical Shopify implementation, ensuring they understood not just the site itself, but how to run it. This included setting up products, walking through fulfillment and tax configurations, and training them on the CMS.

The result was a site that felt tailored to their brand while still being manageable for their team long-term.
